Venice puts on a different face for 'Carnival,' adding to the  already romantic feel of the legendary city built on stilts in the waters of  the Adriatic sea. The similarity to carnival in New Orleans and Rio ends at  the famous canals. Revelers in Venice dress as courtiers of the renaissance age some won't even speak in public.
